[Click to View Video] [Click to View Gallery] – I am blessed with awesome couples, and Delaney and Justin were absolutely incredible. We began work on their wedding about one year prior to their big day. They were very explicit and involved in what they wanted their wedding to be but, once they had made their decisions they turned everything over to me to execute.
One feature that I especially enjoyed working on was their welcome bags for the out-of-town guests. Delaney and Justin wanted the bags to depict the Pacific Northwest and began a search for a piece of art to imprint on a canvas bag. They found the perfect spawning salmon and then it was our turn to track down the artist for approval. The bags were filled with Washington products, including a magnet of the Seattle skyline.
The bride walked down the aisle on a bed of rose petals. There were three floral chandeliers hanging in the tent. After the ceremony, light appetizers and beverages were served just before guests boarded shuttles that took them to the reception.
The reception at Sodo Park was decorated with yards and yards of sheer draping, lighting all around the room, a gobo light shining on the dance floor, a scotch bar that was revealed after the toasts and a variety of late night snacks, including mini-cupcakes and root beer floats. A band, photo booth, scrapbooking opportunities for the guest book, and valet/shuttle service made this wedding an evening to remember.
Thank you Delaney and Justin! I absolutely loved working with you to create a dream come true!
“We just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work the past 13 months! What a perfect day! You went above and beyond our expectations and everyone was raving about everything! We will definitely pass your name along to everyone! Thank you so much!” – Delaney & Justin
